James Taylor appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Thursday. The legendary singer-songwriter sat down to chat with host Seth Meyers and also performed a song from his recently released covers album, American Standard.
First Taylor talked about memorable moments from his storied career including hanging with The Beatles — Taylor’s first album was released on The Beatles’ Apple label — as well as the story behind one of his classics, “Carolina In My Mind.” JT then played “Teach Me Tonight,” the lead single from American Standard.
