Organizers Cancel/Postpone SweetWater 420 Fest 2020 Due To Coronavirus

Organizers announced the cancellation or postponement of SweetWater 420 Fest 2020 due to the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. The festival was scheduled for April 24 – 26 at Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta.

The message from SweetWater 420 Fest indicated organizers were evaluating the possibility of rescheduling the event later this year. The note also raised the specter of canceling the event outright. Oysterhead, Trey Anastasio Band and Cage The Elephant were set to headline this year’s festival.

Our top priority is the safety and health of our patrons, artists, guests, staff, vendors and community. Therefore, due to COVID-19 concerns, SweetWater 420 Fest, including SweetWater 420 Fest 5K, scheduled to take place April 24-26, 2020 will be postponed or cancelled. We are evaluating if a rescheduled event is possible or if we will see you next April, 2021. Should you not be able to attend the postponed date or in the event of a cancellation a full refund will be available. Instructions to follow by March 20. We encourage all to adhere to the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
