Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio shared another new song, the latest entitled “I Never Left Home.” The track is one of several Anastasio has shared while practicing social distancing due to the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.
The video for “I Never Left Home” features a barefoot Anastasio and a cameo by his pet cat Joey. The new song, co-written by Anastasio, Tom Marshall and Scott Herman, joins the previously shared “Lost In The Pack,” “When The Words Go Away,” “Timeless,” “I Never Needed You Like This Before,” “The Greater Good” and “Lotus”. Anastasio’s Ghosts Of The Forest band mate Celisse Henderson virtually jammed with the recording Trey posted of “I Never Needed You Like This Before.”
