Seth Avett and Scott Avett of The Avett Brothers served as the musical guests on Tuesday’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The pair performed “C-Sections & Railway Trestles” from their porch via video chat during the at-home episode of Fallon’s show.
“C-Sections & Railway Trestles” was penned by Seth about the birth of his son, Isaac. The Avett Brothers debuted the song live on March 10, 2017 in Richmond, Virginia. A studio version of “C-Sections & Railway Trestles” appears on the band’s latest studio album, Closer Than Together.
