Bonnaroo shared the Beastie Boys’ final concert after airing it yesterday during their Virtual Roo-Ality webcast. The swan song performance took place at the Tennessee festival on June 12, 2009.

The Beastie Boys’ career-spanning Bonnaroo set kicks off with an intro from the legendary group’s longtime DJ Mix Master Mike before Adam “Ad-Rock” Horovitz and Adam “MCA” Yauch sling on guitar and bass respectively while Michael “Mike D” Diamond gets the crowd hyped up ahead of the punk rock “Time For Livin’” from the trio’s 1992 album Check Your Head before getting into some hip hop with “Super Disco Breakin’” from 1998’s Hello Nasty and “Sure Shot” from the 1994 LP, Ill Communication.
The Beastie Boys then take it back with “No Sleep Till Brooklyn” from 1986’s License To Ill and “Shake Your Rump” from 1989’s Paul’s Boutique ahead of “Gratitude.” Next, the band show off their funk skills with “Sabrosa” originally appearing on Ill Communication but also featured on the 1996 instrumental compilation album, The In Sound From Way Out! Additionally, the set also contains classics like “Body Movin,’” “Root Down,” “So What’cha Want,” “Intergalactic,” “Three MC’s and One DJ” and more. The Beastie Boys brought their final live show to a close with “Sabotage.”
Not long after the concert, Adam Yauch was diagnosed with cancer. He died on May 4, 2012.
