Cordovas continue to preview their forthcoming Destiny Hotel studio album by sharing the single “Rain On The Rail.” Destiny Hotel is set for release via ATO Records on October 16.
The 10-track follow-up to 2018’s That Santa Fe Channel was produced by Rick Parker and recorded in Los Angeles. “‘Rain on the Rail’ is a song of longing, of self-sabotage and thwarted seeking, but it’s also about resolution and redemption,” noted Cordovas’ Joe Firstman of the second single from Destiny Hotel. Cordovas previously released “High Feeling,” a song off the album featuring additional production, guitar work and mixing from Adrian Quesada of Black Pumas.
