Phish bassist Mike Gordon and renowned guitarist Leo Kottke shared video of The Byrds’ “Eight Miles High.” The cover appears on Kottke and Gordon’s recently released album, Noon.
While “Eight Miles High” just came out on Noon, Kottke has covered the Roger McGuinn/David Crosby/Gene Clark composition for years. As with their visual for “Flat Top,” Gordon and Kottke filmed the video remotely in Burlington and Minneapolis respectively.
