Tame Impala Performs “Borderline” On ‘The Tonight Show’ [Video]

Tame Impala was the featured musical guest on Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where Kevin Parker and his backing band delivered a performance of “Borderline”, one of the new original recordings from the band’s 2020 studio album The Slow Rush.

While the performance wasn’t quite virtual, Parker and company did provide grainy, multi-camera footage showcasing their live performance from a different location than Fallon’s New York City studios. The resulting performance still delivered an ambient viewing experience as the group delivered their live take on the energizing song from a safe distance.
