Penned by LoS multi-instrumentalist Drew Emmitt, “Down In The Hollow” appears on Leftover Salmon’s 2004 self-titled album. The Grey Fox version with Billy Strings sees the jamgrass pioneers — Emmitt (mandolin), Vince Herman (guitar), Andy Thorn (banjo), Greg Garrison (bass), Alwyn Robinson (drums) and Erik Deutsch (keyboards) — in an acoustic format.
