Slash’s son, 18-year old London Hudson, along with Tye Trujillo, Noah Weiland, and Niko Tsangaris recently formed Suspect208 and released their debut single, “Long Awaited”. Hudson announced the release late last week on Instagram, and even teased more music from the group.

The band members aren’t relying on their last names for success, either. Though the oldest member, Weiland, is only 20 years old—with the youngest being Trujillo at 15—three of them have an impressive track record for being such young rockers. Three years ago, at the age of 12, Trujillo filled in for Korn bassist Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu during a tour of South America. Additionally, Hudson and the only member without a famous rock star father, Tsangaris, have spent the last four years in a band together, Classless Act, which opened for Slash at the Palladium in Hollywood, CA back in 2019. Weiland, who doesn’t have as lengthy a resume on paper, proves his vocal abilities on the song, which takes clear inspiration from later-era Stone Temple Pilots albums.
