Tame Impala Win Album Of The Year At The 2020 ARIA Awards

It’s been a huge night for Tame Impala tonight at the 2020 ARIA Awards, as they’ve taken home the night’s biggest prize – ‘Album Of The Year’ for 2020’s The Slow Rush.

This isn’t the only award Kevin Parker took home tonight, also winning four other awards – ‘Engineer Of The Year’, ‘Producer Of The Year’, ‘Best Rock Album’ and ‘Best Group’.

They also delivered a performance of their cut ‘On Track’ during the ceremony tonight, filmed in Perth’.

Other big winners include Sampa The Great, who won ‘Best Hip Hop Release’, ‘Best Independent Release’ and ‘Best Female Artist’, and Lime Cordiale, who won ‘Breakthrough Artist’.
