Michael Arnone’s Crawfish Fest Reschedules 2021 Event

80

Michael Arnone’s Crawfish Fest rescheduled its 2021 event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The festival will now take place August 27-29, 2021 at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta, New Jersey.

The 31st annual Crawfish Fest — which was previously scheduled for May 2021 — has seen a number of lineup changes but organizers confirmed a list of artists for the event in August. Set to perform are Tab Benoit, Samantha Fish, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Bonerama, Big Sam’s Funky Nation, New Orleans Suspects, Honey Island Swamp Band, Jonathon Long, Elektric Voodoo, Erica Falls and more.

Michael Arnone detailed the postponement and more in a statement. Read his words below:

Here we go again. In December I reached out to the Sussex County Fairgrounds to pencil in a backup date with the idea we would look at it in January. Last week I decided to move to August 27-29, 2021.

Tickets already purchased will be changed to August 27-29, 2021 in the system. The barcode will remain the same. The website and online store will be updated in the next week or so when the last confirms are in.

I would be extremely grateful if you can retain your ticket for August, 2021. I am struggling like everyone else in the music business. I know a lot of you are too, as I saw over a million people lost jobs in NJ.

With your support, we will make it thru the pandemic to the other side.
The Krewe and I miss your smiles, hugs and handshakes.
Our number one rule has always been. “no one gets hurt”!
Be well until we see you.
Michael and The Crawfish Krewe.
