David Shaw recently performed a World Cafe At Home Session from New Orleans. The Revivalists frontman played songs from his upcoming 2021 debut solo album for the Philadelphia-based National Public Radio program.
Backed by a band that featured Revivalist members, Shaw got the session underway with “Shaken,” which he released as one of his first solo singles in November 2020. David followed with a song called “I’ll Be Your Man” ahead of “Promised Land,” which arrived along with “Shaken” back in November. Shaw would close out the session with the recently released, “Shivers,” which David shared just a few days ago.
