Adrianne Lenker of Big Thief appeared on Thursday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Lenker performed “dragon eyes” from her 2020 solo album, songs.
Lenker’s remote appearance came ahead of this weekend’s Grammy Awards. Big Thief — despite host Jimmy Fallon’s misstatement while introducing Lenker — earned one nomination this year, in the Best Rock Performance category for their song “Not.”
