Galactic will return to the road next month for a run of in-person performances with support from The Heavy Hours planned across the midwest and along the east coast.
Announced earlier this week by the New Orleans-based funk-rock outfit, Galactic will return to touring starting May 14th with a show at Riverfront Live in Cincinnati, OH, followed by scheduled stops in Peoria, IL (5/15) and St. Louis, MO (5/16) before heading east with more in-person concerts in Belle Vernon, PA (5/18); Frederick, MD (5/20); Roseland, VA (5/21); and Pittsboro, NC (5/22).

The band’s May tour will be a mix of outdoor drive-ins and socially distanced pod-style indoor shows. The upcoming shows will mark Galactic’s return to performing in front of fans after the band was forced to cancel the remaining dates of their 25th-anniversary tour last spring.
Tickets for the above-mentioned dates go on sale Friday (4/9) at 10 a.m. ET. Head to the band’s website for safety guidelines and on-sale info.
It’s time to get back on the road!
We have put together a run of covid-safe (from outdoor drive-ins and walk-ins to socially distanced, pod-style indoor shows) this May! We can’t wait to get funky for you again.
