This past Sunday saw Del McCoury Band deliver a traditional bluegrass sermon at The Caverns Above Ground Amphitheatre in Pelham, TN. Along for the ride for the socially distant pod show were Sierra Hull and Justin Moses.
The Pelham show found The Del McCoury Band coming off a concert the previous night for the Fayetteville Roots Festival at Roots HQ in Arkansas. That concert marked the band’s first of the year and had the ensemble primed and ready to go on Sunday as the living bluegrass icon delivered an evening’s worth of traditional mountain music.
