Guitarist Steve Kimock put together a new lineup for his Steve Kimock & Friends project. The band will perform concerts this summer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Kimock is joined in the ensemble by slide guitarist Billy Goodman (Goodman Brothers), drummer David Uosikkinen (Hooters), keyboardist Michael Borowski (Splintered Sunlight) and bassist Kenny Aaronson (Bob Dylan, Billy Idol). Steve has a long history with Billy Goodman that dates back to the 1970s. Kimock and Goodman moved from their native Pennsylvania to California together in 1974 as per Grateful Web.
The group is currently scheduled to make its debut at The Stanhope House in Stanhope, New Jersey on July 10 and then plays Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, Pennsylvania on August 7. Tickets for both shows are on sale now (Stanhope, Ardmore).
