Scott Avett and Seth Avett of The Avett Brothers recently performed the National Anthem for Major League Baseball’s Home Run Derby. The Avetts sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” from Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
The MLB Home Run Derby was held on Monday, July 12 at Coors Field in Denver ahead of the All-Star Game, which took place last night and saw the American League besting the National League 5 – 2. The Avetts were in Colorado after wrapping up a three-night run at Red Rocks on Sunday and performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” from the iconic Colorado venue.
