Chris Stapleton appeared on CBS This Morning: Saturday Sessions. The acclaimed singer-songwriter and guitarist delivered songs from his 2020 album Starting Over for the morning music program.
Stapleton released Starting Over on November 13, 2020. His Saturday Session featured his wife Morgane Stapleton on vocals, Staring Over producer Dave Cobb on guitar, bassist J.T. Cure, drummer Derek Mixon and pedal steel player Paul Franklin along with keyboard accompaniment. All five aforementioned musicians also contirbuted to the album.
Chris and his band delivered three songs from Staring Over. The session included the title track, which served as the lead single. Stapleton also delved deeper into the album with the rocker “Arkansas” and the poignant “When I’m With You.”
