Singer-songwriter Citizen Cope (Clarence Greenwood) will embark on an extensive North American tour early next year. Dubbed “Celebrating 20 Years Of Citizen Cope,” the run spans January 7 – February 12, 2022.

Citizen Cope will present acoustic performances at most shows with a handful of dates including a full band. Greenwood will play material from throughout his illustrious two-decade career at each stop.

The outing begins at Victory North in Savannah on January 7. From there, Citizen Cope will play Charleston, Columbia, Asheville, Atlanta, Nashville, Knoxville, Charlotte, Durham, Richmond, Pittsburgh, Homer (New York), New Haven, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Portsmouth and Providence later in the month.

Greenwood will be backed by a full band at The Anthem in Washington D.C. on January 27 as well as at New York City’s Town Hall on January 28 and Boston’s The Wilbur on January 29. The latter is a special show that takes place on the 20th anniversary of the release of Cope’s self-titled debut studio album. Alice Smith is aboard for all three full-band concerts.

Citizen Cope returns to the acoustic format for the rest of the excursion, starting with shows in Quebec City on January 31, Montreal on February 1 and Toronto on February 2. February dates in Detroit, Indianapolis, Louisville, Birmingham, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa bring the tour to a close.
