Steely Dan Postpones October 2021 Concerts Due To COVID-19

Steely Dan rescheduled the first 12 dates of their upcoming fall tour to 2022, “out of an abundance of caution despite COVID-19 health and safety precautions in place” as per an announcement. The Absolutely Normal Tour ’21 is now slated to begin at Baltimore’s Hippodrome Theatre on October 25.

Shows in Miami, Orlando, St. Petersburg, Jacksonville, North Charleston, Charlotte and Richmond have been postponed until next year. Steely Dan will play Richmond on July 15, Charlotte on July 16, Jacksonville on July 20, St. Petersburg July 22 – 23, Miami July 26 – 27/29 – 30, Orlando August 1 – 2 and North Charleston on August 4. Tickets for the original dates will be valid on the new dates.

Steely Dan will follow the tour opener in Baltimore with three shows in Philadelphia October 27, 29 – 30. The legendary act will then perform in Red Bank, New Jersey; Morristown, New Jersey; Port Chester, New York; Wallingford, Connecticut; Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Boston and Syracuse to conclude the 2021 run.
