Gov’t Mule Announces New Year’s Run 2021

Gov’t Mule will end 2021 with a three-night New Year’s Run. The quartet will play a show in Philadelphia on December 29 before capping the year with two concerts in New York City on December 30 and 31 (New Year’s Eve).

Philadelphia’s The Met hosts Warren Haynes and company to start the run. Gov’t Mule then returns to the familiar grounds of The Beacon Theatre, where they have played each New Year’s Eve dating back to 2002 with the exceptions of 2008 and 2020.

Mule revealed the theme for this year’s New Year’s Eve concert is the Black ‘n’ Blue New Year’s Show. The band will release their first blues album, Heavy Load Blues, on November 12.

VIP packages go on sale Wednesday, October 13 at 10 a.m. ET. Tickets for all three shows go on sale to the general public this Friday, October 15 with tickets for the Philadelphia concert going up for grabs at 10 a.m. ET and the New York City concerts following at 12 p.m. ET (December 30, December 31).
