The String Cheese Incident keyboardist Kyle Hollingsworth released a holiday single, “Find The Joy.” Kyle laid down the track and filmed the video during the holiday season in 2020.
Kyle Hollingsworth has released a few solo singles over the past couple years including an extremely funky version of Bob Dylan’s “Subterranean Homesick Blues” earlier this year. “Find The Joy” also follows Kyle’s EP 2020 and a single, “Big Enough.”
“‘Find The Joy’ was created one late night in the midst of Holidays of 2020, while cozy at home,” press materials for the seasonal single noted. “It’s about finding what brings you joy and appreciating what you have, reminiscing special memories and creating new ones around the Holidays. Hopefully it brings you joy for years to come!
“Hey folks, I’m excited to be releasing a new Holiday single ‘Find The Joy,” Hollingsworth said of the track. “Last year I made this video, so this season I decided to clean up the track and have our sound engineer, Dros, do some mixing magic! Hope you enjoy.”
