TAUK Postpones New Year’s Run 2021 After Positive COVID-19 Tests

98

TAUK postponed their four-night New Year’s Run 2021 due to multiple members of the band’s touring party testing positive for COVID-19 or coming into close contact with people who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 – 48 hours. “Based on CDC guidelines, we are unable to travel or perform before the New Year,” wrote TAUK as part of a note announcing the decision on the band’s social feeds.

XL Live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania was supposed to host the first show of the run on December 29. LITZ was slated to open in Harrisburg and at The Broadberry in Richmond, Virginia on December 30. TAUK was then scheduled to perform on December 31 (New Year’s Eve) and January 1 (New Year’s Day) at The Charleston Pour House in Charleston, South Carolina. New dates will be announced by TAUK “as soon as [they] possibly can.”
