Anderson .Paak joined Elmo, Cookie Monster and more to perform “What Is A Holiday” on Sesame Street. Anderson sings with the beloved muppets and gets behind the drum kit as well (as does Cookie).
For a musician, performing on Sesame Street is up there with Saturday Night Live and Austin City Limits. Anderson joins a long list of artists who have appeared on the long-running PBS program (Sesame Street that is) including Stevie Wonder, James Taylor and more recently Maggie Rogers to name just a few. On “What Is A Holiday,” Anderson, Elmo and Cookie give a comprehensive rundown of the many holidays celebrated throughout the year and around the world.
