Steely Dan expanded their second of two upcoming summer excursions with seven new tour dates. The legendary group’s Absolutely Normal Tour now includes two additional July 2022 performances and five Northeast concerts to end the run between August 6 – 13. The Absolutely Normal Tour, which follows the Earth After Hours tour (May 20 – July 3), will now start at FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin, Tennessee on July 13. Steely Dan also added a July concert in Durham, North Carolina on July 19 to a run of 12 rescheduled shows originally planned for October 2021 that were postponed due to COVID-19.
After a previously announced performance in North Charleston, South Carolina on August 4, Donald Fagen will bring Steely Dan to the Borgata Event Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey on August 6. It’s then off to Hartford HealthCare Amphitheatre in Bridgeport, Connecticut on August 7. Steely Dan’s The Absolutely Normal Tour is now expected to end with a three-night stand at the historic Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on August 10, 12 and 13.
