The life of late The Rolling Stones’ drummer Charlie Watts will be documented in a new biography written by Paul Sexton. Charlie’s Good Tonight: The Life, the Times, and the Rolling Stones: The Authorized Biography of Charlie Watts will arrive on October 11 via HarperCollins Publishers.

Charlie Watts sadly died on August 24, 2021. Charlie played drums with The Rolling Stones for nearly 60 of his 80 years.

The new biography penned by longtime Stones documentarian Paul Sexton also includes forewords from Charlie’s bandmates Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, as per Rolling Stone. Watts’ family gave their full approval for the project.
