[UPDATE 9/28/22]: North Beach Music Festival has revealed the daily schedule for 2022 and announced that Seattle saxophonist Skerik will serve as artist-at-large.

“With fans traveling from all over the country to attend North Beach Music Festival, we wanted to give all of the information that we could, as early as we could, to show fans who are thinking of coming to Miami Beach what’s in store for our second year,” said festival co-founder Gideon Plotnicki.

“This year’s schedule has been carefully crafted to provide fans with a non-stop musical experience they won’t soon forget. With no overlapping sets at NBMF this year, fans can be assured that they can witness each moment of music. That’s important to us, as we strive to create really special moments that our attendees can experience together.”

The festival will kick off on Friday, December 9th with one-hour sets by Lemon City Trio (4:45 p.m.) and Brandon “Taz” Niederauer (6:15 p.m.) and two sets of moe. (7:45–11 p.m.). All of Friday’s sets will take place on the Bandshell Stage. Capacity and tickets will be limited.

Then on Saturday, Shira Elias will get the party started on the Park Stage at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday’s performances will be staggered across the two stages, so festival-goers don’t have to miss any of the music. After Shira, fans can mosey over to Keller Williams on the Bandshell Stage at 3 p.m., followed by Melt (4 p.m.), Dopapod (5 p.m.), Doom Flamingo (6:15 p.m.), and Allman Brothers Band tribute act Trouble No More (7:30 p.m.). Lotus will close out Saturday night with a two-hour set on the Park Stage beginning at 9 p.m.

Finally, on Sunday, Afrobeta (1:15 p.m.) and Guavatron (2:15 p.m.) will kick things on the Bandshell and Park Stage, respectively. Cool Cool Cool (3:15 p.m.), the new group formed by former Turkuaz members, and Neighbor (4:15 p.m.) will play afternoon sets, kicking off a night of heavy funk featuring Antibalas (5:30 p.m.), Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe (6:45 p.m.), and Lettuce (8 p.m.).

Tickets for North Beach Music Festival are on sale now. Stay tuned for more information about late-night offerings. Those who purchase two- or three-day passes will be given priority access to purchase tickets to the limited-capacity late-night shows.
