Regina Spektor Performs ‘Tiny Desk Concert’

61

Regina Spektor delivered a Tiny Desk Concert for NPR Music. The singer-songwriter performed singles from her new album, Home, before and after, and more.

Spektor began her Tiny Desk with an apt “Tiny Song,” which NPR Music’s Bob Boilen noted she “whipped up” in her hotel room as she waited for the piano to be tuned. Spektor sang “Tiny Song” and accompanied herself with snaps.

Regina then turned to her piano and offered two tracks from Home, before and after, “Loveology” and “Becoming All Alone.” Spektor also played older favorites “Après Moi,” “Fidelity” and “Samson” which all appear on her 2006 studio album Begin To Hope.
