South African supermodel Candice Swanepoel strikes a futuristic pose in a new campaign for Kanye West’s YEEZY GAP line–just months after posing for West’s ex Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS lingerie ad.
The former Maxim Hot 100 cover star is pictured wearing the YR 3022 YZYGAP SHDZ, first revealed by West during a surprise appearance at rapper Lil Durk’s performance at Rolling Loud Miami 2022, reports Hypebeast.
The moody, black-and-white images were shot by photographer Nick Knight and feature a nearly-nude profile of Swanepoel wearing shades in one shot and a hoodie and oversized boots in another image.
The ever-erratic West recently made headlines after publicly trashing his two biggest brand partners in GAP and Adidas before telling Bloomberg that he plans to go it alone after his corporate sponsorships expire. (He’s still under contract with adidas through 2026 and GAP until 2030.)
The new sci-fi-style Swanepoel pics reportedly give a sneak peek at a YEEZY GAP barrel-style backpack that was apparently made with gloss-black material and a roll top.
Back in April, Kardashian enlisted the powerhouse foursome of Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Tyra Banks, and Heidi Klum to appear together in the same lingerie shoot for her shapewear brand SKIMS. The four supermodels are all former Maxim cover stars and ex-Victoria’s Secret Angels.
