Crowded House Reschedules North American Tour Dates For 2023

Crowded House announced new tour dates for a North American trek that was recently postponed after drummer Elroy Finn suffered a back injury. The rescheduled shows will now take place in May 2023 with original tickets valid on the new dates. Purchase remaining Crowded House tickets via Ticketmaster.

Some of the concerts for Crowded House’s first tour of the continent since 2010 have been canceled outright. “We are really disappointed that we could not reschedule a few of the shows,” wrote the band in a comment on Instagram. “After much effort there was unfortunately no availabilities in the venues that fit the new schedule. Full refunds will be given. Also, if you cannot make the rescheduled dates you can get a refund at place of purchase.”

Crowded House are touring in support of their 2021 studio album, Dreamers Are Waiting. Founding members Neil Finn and Nick Seymour are joined in the band’s current lineup by Neil’s sons, Liam Finn and Elroy Finn, as well as producer/keyboardist Mitchell Froom.

The tour gets underway in Pacific Northwest with concerts in Vancover on May 2; Seattle on May 3 and Portland (Oregon) on May 4. A swing down California follows for shows in Oakland on May 6 and Los Angeles on May 8 and 9. Next comes stops in Mesa, Arizona on May 10; Denver on May 12; Minneapolis on May 14 and Chicago on May 15.

Crowded House rolls into Durham, North Carolina on May 17. From there, the band hits Nashville on May 19, Washington D.C. on May 21, New York City on May 22, Philadelphia on May 24, Red Bank (New Jersey) on May 26 and Toronto on May 27. The tour concludes with a concert in Boston on May 30.
