Denver Comes Alive has partnered with nugs.net to allow viewers everywhere to tune in to livestreams from the two-day event, set to take place this Friday, January 13th and Saturday, January 14th at Denver, CO’s Mission Ballroom. The Denver Comes Alive livestreams, available for free to nugs.net subscribers, will generate donations for the event’s charitable partner, Backline, the music industry’s mental health resource hub. On Friday (1/13), the festival’s bluegrass-focused night, nugs.net will host livestreams of the full bill including Nashville-based country-soul maven Maggie Rose (6:30 p.m. MT), bluegrass supergroup WinterWonderWomen (7:45 p.m MT), hard-touring “galaxy grass” quartet Kitchen Dwellers (9:00 p.m. MT) and veteran jamgrass outfit Yonder Mountain String Band (11:00 p.m. MT). Fans can expect to catch special appearances by Denver Comes Alive artists-at-large Jason Carter, Billy Failing (Billy Strings), and Tyree Woods throughout the evening.

On Saturday (1/14), Denver Comes Alive’s funk night, the livestream will begin at 9:30 p.m. MT with a time-delayed stream of an early-evening set by Nikki Glaspie-led funk supergroup Super Sonic Shorties. From there, the stream will shift to real-time for a headlining performance by far-reaching funk sextet Lettuce (10:45 p.m. MT). Performances by The Word and The Main Squeeze will not be included on the Saturday livestream.
