After successfully selling out its inaugural event last spring, Mill Valley Music Festival will return to Friends Field for a second year on May 13th and 14th, 2023 with a lineup headed by Michael Franti and Spearhead, Cake, Tank and the Bangas, Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew’s Remain in Light, and more.
Presented by Mill Valley Chamber, the family-friendly, multi-genre festival will also feature performances by The Dip, Durand Jones, Black Joe Lewis and The Honeybears, and Grammy-nominated folk-soul singer Valerie June. The festival is committed to supporting local arts and culture and will showcase regional artists including Oakland’s Orchestra Gold and Mill Valley student residents The Alive, as well as a large and curated assortment of Marin County’s best artisans, food vendors, and philanthropic organizations.

“With a commitment to creativity, our team worked its tail off to create something new and exciting in this town we love. Come springtime, we hope the whole Bay Area will make a weekend trip to explore and see for themselves what makes Mill Valley such a special and unique place. As an organization, we continue to champion our community’s multi-faceted arts & culture, while creating innovative opportunities to connect people.”
Tickets for Mill Valley Music Festival 2023 are on sale now via the festival website, with options including two-day GA, two-day GA+, and two-day VIP passes. Fans are encouraged to act fast as GA Tier 1 tickets have already sold out.
