Pixies expanded their upcoming North American tour with a second leg. The run from June 8 – 25 will feature special guests Franz Ferdinand and Bully.
After a brief West Coast-focused jaunt in May announced last month, Pixies will begin the leg with Franz Ferdinand and Bully with a home state concert at Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway on June 8. The road to the alt-rockers’ appearance at Bonnaroo on June 18 includes stops in Philadelphia (June 9), Washington D.C. (June 10), Columbus (June 12), Pittsburgh (June 13), Cincinnati (June 14), Raleigh (June 16) and Asheville (June 17).
Pixies follow the set at Bonnaroo by teaming with Franz Ferdinand and Bully at Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta on June 20. Next up is an engagement in New Orleans (June 21) before the tour ends with a swing through Texas for shows in Houston (June 23), Dallas (June 24) and Austin (June 25).
