See Phish Show ‘Everything’s Right’ In Mexico At Phish: Riviera Maya 2023

Phish unveiled official video of “Everything’s Right” from their Phish: Riviera Maya 2023 finale. The 19-minute version came during the second set on February 26, 2023 at Moon Palace Cancun in Riviera Cancún, Mexico.

The February event was the band’s sixth destination concert vacation. Phish played four shows between February 23 and 26 including a welcome set on the first night and full two-set concerts on the last three nights. The finale was held on a Sunday and had an early start time of 5 p.m.

Phish shared the “Everything’s Right” video yesterday, the same day packages for Phish: Riviera Maya 2024 went on sale. The quartet returns to Moon Palace Cancun February 21 – 24, 2024.

“Everything’s Right” has been used as a springboard for adventurous improvisation since its Phish debut in 2017 and the take in Mexico this past February was no different. The jam began with a dark, minor-key exploration. Guitarist Trey Anastasio led a move to a blissful major-key space just before the 10-minute mark. The quartet patiently worked over a pretty groove before Anastasio fronted a build to multiple crescendos. Phish followed the peaks by returning to the composed section for the last chorus of “Everything’s Right.”
