More beans have been spilled on Oasis‘s big reunion plans, with confirmation from industry insiders that the Brit-pop icons will indeed be visiting Aussie fans on their Live ’25 world tour run.
However, it appears to be bad news for any punters living outside the East Coast, with only two Aussie cities apparently figuring into the band’s 2025 itinerary.
Oasis – ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’
According to an exclusive report by industry rag NME, Liam and Noel Gallagher will be hitting stages in both Sydney and Melbourne on their global lap – but nowhere else down under will be getting any love. Much like Taylor Swift did when she brought her Eras Tour to Australia earlier in 2024.
Other anticipated international stops on the Oasis reunion tour include Toronto, Canada; Chicago, East Rutherford, Boston and Los Angeles in the United States; Mexico City, Mexico; Seoul, South Korea; Tokyo, Japan; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Santiago, Chile and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The official announcement is believed to be coming in a week or so.
It comes after estranged Gallagher brothers Liam and Noel finally patched things up after a 16 year feud and shared the first 14 dates of their Live ’25 world tour (those are all happening in Europe) with more TBA.
The band toured Australia for what was believed to be the final time in November 2005, supporting their then-most recent studio album Don’t Believe The Truth.
