Freddie Gibbs has been officially charged with sexual assault for an alleged rape that happened in Vienna, Austria in 2015, according to a Reuters report. If he’s convicted, Gibbs faces a maximum of ten years in jail.
The 34-year-old rapper was arrested in France back in June and was extradited to Austria to earlier this month.
