New Order‘s Music Complete turned one-year old on Sunday. So consider the new video for the La Roux-assisted “People on the High Line” a birthday gift. The Grace Lambert- and Jackson Ducasse-directed short features breakdancers Stella McGowan (a.k.a. B-Girl Lyra) and Hakim Saber doing their thing for almost the entirety of the video.
