Drive-By Truckers Begin Extensive National Tour, Will Rock Capitol Theatre October 6th
The alt-country/Southern rock band will play the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY as part of a national tour that’s begun this week.

The Drive-By Truckers have been at the forefront of the recent alt-country boom. Based in Athens, GA, the members consist of Mike Cooley (lead vocals, guitar, banjo), Patterson Hood (lead vocals, guitar), Brad Morgan (drums), Jay Gonzalez (keys, guitar, accordion, backing vocals), and Matt Patton (bass guitar, backing vocals). Jason Isbell was also once part of the group. Their latest release, American Band, was released in September 2016. The band’s constant touring has earned them a devoted fanbase- and this autumnal go-round should be no exception.
The tour will be in different factions- Mike Cooley, Jay Gonzalez, and Patterson Hood will be playing in separate solo performances as well as in DBT dates.

The Capitol Theatre in Westchester New York is one of the finest venues in the Northeast. Renovated to be a performance space in the 1970, dozens of esteemed acts have played concerts there. David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, Blondie, Yes, Janis Joplin, and the Grateful Dead are all some of the big names who have graced the stage at the Capitol. LMNR will be at the Capitol Theatre and fans can expect a review of the show after it happens.
