American guitarist and singer-songwriter Kenny Wayne Shepherd has announced plans to bring his band to Australia this year, for a tour of the country’s east coast.
The blues rocker, who last visited Australia over six year ago, will return in October for shows across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, where he’ll be supported by homegrown artist Ash Grunwald.
Shepherd is expected to perform tracks from across his 20+ year career at his upcoming Aussie shows, which come off the back of his latest studio album Lay It On Down.
Shepherd released his debut album Ledbetter Heights way back in 1995, after signing his first record deal at age 16.
