Urthboy, Horrorshow & Hermitude Announce Elefant Traks’ 20th Anniversary Sideshows

110

Following the announcement of iconic Aussie label Elefant Traks‘ 20th anniversary parties yesterday, a few acts on those bills have announced some special and exclusive sideshows.

First cab off the rank is Hermitude, who are currently in the final stages of creating their follow-up to 2015’s Dark Night Sweet Light. These two, special live shows – that are never to be performed again – will see the production duo go back to basics, with live drums, keys and bass.

Urthboy, founding member of The Herd, will also be performing two exclusive shows, but they will be in celebration of his seminal second album, The Signal. An album that influenced his career, and by extension the local hip-hop scene, massively, Urthboy will be performing it in its entirety, from front-to-back.

Finally, Horrorshow have teamed up with The Metropolitan Orchestra to give an orchestral rework to the group’s extensive discography. They’ll be performing with an 18-piece orchestra, in two special performances that you won’t want to miss.

Check out all dates, venues and ticketing details for all sideshows below.
