When legendary singer-songwriter Paul Simon announced his farewell tour, he made it clear he wasn’t done performing. Simon, who wrapped up Homeward Bound – The Farewell Tour on Saturday, will be the musical guest on an upcoming episode of NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
Paul Simon will make his return to the SNL stage on October 13 which also happens to be his 77th birthday. Simon’s appearance will be his 15th on Saturday Night Live. He recently released In The Blue Light, a collection of new studio versions of personal favorites from his back catalog.
Former SNL cast member Seth Meyers will host the October 13th episode. The new season of the show premieres this weekend featuring host Adam Driver and musical guest Kanye West.
