Tuareg musician Bombino (guitarist Omara Moctar) stopped by Seattle public radio station KEXP on July 21 for an in-studio set ahead of a performance at The Crocodile. Bombino led his band through four songs, including a pair of tracks from the 2018 release Deran. KEXP shared video of the full set.
The guitarist and his quintet opened the set with “Chatahad” and then performed “Takamba” off Deran.
