Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra Announces 2019 North American Tour

Today, decorated British singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Jeff Lynne announced that he will be bringing his Electric Light Orchestra stateside next summer, which comes on the heels of his first North American tour since 1981, the better part of four decades ago.

The tour begins July 20th, 2019, at Anaheim, CA’s Honda Center, before making stops in Sacremento, San Jose, Vancouver, Tacoma, and Portland, June 22nd-29th. The tour will then head south to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, July 3rd, before making stops in Atlanta, Tampa, Sunrise, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and Neward, July 5th-16th. After hitting Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena, July 18th, the band will wrap up their 20-date tour with Midwest stops in Detroit, Grand Rapids, St. Paul, Chicago, Columbus, and Pittsburgh, July 20th-August 1st.

Known as one of the most iconic forces in music history, Jeff Lynne’s ELO has spent the last two years with a critically acclaimed and chart-topping album, a sold-out run of U.K. and European shows, as well as a 2017 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

American Express card member can purchase tickets before the general public beginning this Wednesday, October 24th at 10 a.m. local time, through Sunday, October 28th at 10 p.m. local time here. General tickets will be available to the public on Monday, October 29th at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
