Mumford & Sons Welcome Eddie Vedder At Ohana Fest

172

Mumford & Sons were tasked with closing out the third annual Ohana Fest on Sunday night. Earlier in the day the event boasted a lineup that featured appearances from the likes of Beck, Young The Giant, Hiss Golden Messenger and Fantasic Negrito. The folk rockers delivered 15-song headlining set that saw them team up with Eddie Vedder during their encore.

Mumford & Sons mixed material from throughout their career, which included takes on fan-favorites “Little Lion Man,” “Awake My Soul” and “I Will Wait.” The quartet also showcased a pair of tunes from their upcoming album Delta by offering up “Guiding Light” and “Woman.” To cap off their four-song encore, the London-based band welcomed Vedder, who had headlined the festival on Saturday for a Bob Dylan cover. After exchanging some stage banter about naming guitars and children after each other and a strong urging by Vedder to go out and vote, the augmented ensemble dug in on a jammed out Dylan meets Jimi Hendrix meets Pearl Jam take on “All Along The Watchtower.” Watch fan-shot video below:
