Over the past year, bassist Reed Mathis and guitarist Lebo (Dan Lebowitz) have led a handful of gigs featuring a new project dubbed Bone Diggers in the Bay Area. The pair, along with a rotating cast of musicians, performs songs from Paul Simon’s entire catalog. Bone Diggers are taking the show on the road for Halloween and Thanksgiving concerts.
Bone Diggers, who will hit the festival circuit in 2019, will play a Halloween show at The Funky Biscuit in Boca Raton, Florida. The group also confirmed a visit to Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, California on November 24. Reed and Lebo will be joined by Tea Leaf Green drummer Scott Rager for both performances. Keyboardist Danny Eisenberg is aboard for Sweetwater, while Mookie Siegel will play keys at The Funky Biscuit.
