Ryan Montbleau Announces Live Album ‘Woodstock Sessions’ & Shares Unreleased Track

Ryan Montbleau will issue a new live set entitled Woodstock Sessions on October 26. The album was recorded in December of last year as a part of Woodstock Sessions’ ongoing live-in-studio releases at Applehead Recording in upstate New York and finds Montbleau backed by electro-folk duo Tall Heights on a majority of the tracks.

The 10-track live effort is set to feature material from throughout the singer-songwriter’s career along with three previously unreleased tunes: “Looking Glass,” “The Country And The Town” and “Help Me.” “I played for three hours or so and did tons of stuff. In the end we chose those songs that hadn’t been out before and new versions of other songs,” Montbleau told Billboard about the Woodstock Sessions. “Everything on the record is presented in a way I haven’t presented it before. Every single song has something about it that hasn’t been out before.”
