The recently reconstituted Smashing Pumpkins that features three-fourths of their original lineup will release a new Rick Rubin-produced record in mid-November. The Chicago-born band shared the record’s second single “Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)” last month and today have unveiled a corresponding video for the track.
Just in time for Halloween, the Billy Corgan-directed clip features Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath as a fictional DJ with the Pumpkins agreeing to spend the night in a haunted mansion as part of the radio station’s “Haunted House Challenge.” Watch the video below:
