Spin Doctors Announce 30th Anniversary Show

200

The original members of seminal jam act Spin Doctors will celebrate their 30th anniversary with a hometown show. Spin Doctors will play Brooklyn Bowl in New York City on November 8.

Vocalist Chris Barron, guitarist Eric Schenkman, drummer Aaron Comess and bassist Mark White developed their live show and built a following with frequent late ’80s gigs in Lower Manhattan blues circuit. Spin Doctors hit it big when their 1991 studio album Pocket Full Of Kryptonite exploded thanks to hits “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong.” The band was a part of the inaugural H.O.R.D.E. Tour in 1992 with Phish, Blues Traveler, Widespread Panic, Col. Bruce Hampton & The Aquarium Rescue Unit and Bela Fleck & The Flecktones. After a number of lineup changes, decades of touring and multiple studio albums, the original members are back in place. Tickets for the 30th anniversary celebration are on sale now via Ticketfly.
