TAUK Shares Video For ‘Recreational Outrage’


On Friday, TAUK released their latest full-length studio effort Shapeshifter II: Outbreak. The album took its inspiration from both classic and current sci-fi movies with the band describing the 11-tracks as “an unsettling but ultimately exhilarating look at artificial intelligence and its potential to upend our world.”

The New York-bred instrumental quartet has double-down on those themes by unveiling the music video for “Recreational Outrage.” The animated clip, which nods towards 1980’s sci-fi classics Blade Runner and Tron, takes viewers “on a dystopian trip, and shows the captivating evolution of the ‘Shapeshifter’ virus that began in TAUK’s ‘Checkmate’ video.” Watch “Recreational Outrage” below:
